Everything in our shop, at Midwest Custom Welding, is state of the art including our Welders, Ironworkers, Band Saws, Brakes, and Plasma Tables.
Experience
Although our equipment is new our welding professionals are not new to the trade. We have over 100 years of knowledge between our workers here at Midwest. Each of our employees bring special tricks of the trade that they share with the other employees.
Community
We are a small business that utilizes mostly a local workforce. We try and buy most of our supplies and material from local businesses. We take a lot of pride in our community. Our goal at Midwest is to keep expanding as long as the demand is there. This helps us add more local good paying jobs to our area.
Customers
We treat all our customers with the upmost respect. It doesn’t matter how big of job you bring to us. The only thing that matters is you are satisfied with our work at the end of the project.

I have lived in this area my entire life. There is no place I would rather be. I have raised 3 wonderful daughters in this community. My daughters and myself have learned a lot growing up in a small rural community. You not only have friends in your community but you have many friends in surrounding communities. And that is where you can develop trust when you are having work done locally.
This is why it is so important to be that we become the best at what we do. Word of mouth is a very important tool for a small business. If you are not doing a good job and keeping people satisfied others will know about it. That is why it is so important to understand the customers wants and needs and communicating with them so they know they are important to you.
